Nannie's Snickerdoodle Cookies
Mix together:
1 cup shortening
1-12 cup sugar
2 eggs
Sift and stir in 2-3/4 cup flour, t t cream of tarter, 1 t soda, 1/4 t salt.
Form into small round balls and roll in 1 T sugar, 1 t. cinnamon.
Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes.
